For a successful refund, purchased items must be in original condition with any tag and seal intact. Proof of purchase is required for a full refund, and if the customer fails to provide a proof of purchase, we may offer different options such as exchange instead of a refund. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and may be declined at the discretion of the store manager.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 72 hours of successful return. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your refund.
